Focusing on technology and cyber, my research interests include international norms and regulations, great power competition, and China’s foreign policy, My Ph.D. project maps and compares normative approaches to cybersecurity and internet governance.
I am currently working on projects funded by the Research Council of Norway (RCN) and the Norwegian Ministry of Defence (MoD). At PRIO, I lead the Security and Technology Research Group. For any inquiries, please get in touch.
