I am an Assistant Professor, security researcher, and the Departmental Coordinator for International Mobilities at Masaryk University. As a member of the Cognitive Warfare Team within the CENTREPEACE project, my research primarily focuses on cyberspace and emerging technologies, such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing. My work explores how these technologies can be leveraged to enhance governance processes while ensuring they are safeguarded against diverse threats, both intentional and unintentional. This is where the cognitive warfare dimension plays a critical role in addressing challenges to governance and democracy.

My overarching goal is to contribute to the development of secure, efficient, and digitally driven societies, resilient to structural threats such as AI biases and cognitive attacks from adversarial forces. In addition to my academic and research pursuits, I serve as a Reserve Officer in the Czech Army.
